Decky Edition is a Vanilla+ modpack built for handheld devices, with a strong focus on the Steam Deck and controllers. It’s meant to feel like the vanilla game, just smoother, better looking, and comfortable on small screens.

It works right out of the box. The default controls are built around handheld devices, but every binding can be changed.

What you get

  • Controller-first experience with fully customizable bindings
  • A default control layout tuned for handheld devices
  • An in-game resource pack, shader, and maps downloader, no desktop mode needed
  • Two curated shader options: a stylized preset (default) and a more natural “realistic” one
  • Fixes for many vanilla issues
  • Lightweight and stable

Visuals stay close to vanilla, with small touches and improvements that look cartoony and stylized which should look beautiful on any device. Performance always comes first, and anything visual can be turned down or off freely.

Important Note ⚠️ READ

Performance settings are set up on purpose for the Steam Deck. Please don’t change them unless you know what you’re doing, since it can hurt frame pacing and stability.

Shaders can reach 40–60 FPS depending on the scene, but we recommend a 50 FPS cap with shaders on. It gives the smoothest frame pacing and about 2–3 hours of battery on a full charge, depending on usage.

Decky Edition 怎么安装？

点本页「前往下载」拿到整合包文件（Modrinth 的是 .mrpack，CurseForge 的是 .zip），在 PCL2 或 HMCL 启动器里选择「导入整合包」，启动器会自动装好 Minecraft、加载器和全部模组。这个整合包有 157 个模组，建议在启动器里给游戏分配 6–8 GB 内存。

Decky Edition 开服需要多大内存？

推荐服务器内存 12 GB。在线人数多、或者建了大量机器和区块加载器时，可以再加 2–4 GB。
