❓ What is PlainSpice?

Ever wanted to have all your building and technical tools setup out of the box? Weve added performance enhancment mods, all sorts of things technical players would love and some mods to make the game prettier. We try to stay as close to the vanilla artstyle as possible while adding mods for aesthetics purposes. We change keybinds based on our preferences. Check them out down below!

🔨 Creative Mode

We have setup all sorts of building tools for your creative needs.
| Mod | Description |

| WorldEdit | Makes selections, brushes, shapes, walls, and block replacements. Use a wooden axe to select areas, then // commands to edit blocks (e.g., //set dirt). Can be used alongside Axiom. |
| Axiom | Powerful building mod for creating terrain, decorating, and editing builds. Supports moving, extruding, cloning, stacking, smearing, and mirroring selections, plus an advanced editor. |
| MiniHUD | Displays hidden Minecraft information, such as light levels and slime chunks. Great for redstone and farm building. |
| Tweakeroo | Adds configurable client-side tweaks, including fast clicking, periodic attacks, and holding clicks for easier AFK farming. |
| Litematica | Creates schematics to recreate builds from creative in survival. Useful for building farms while keeping gameplay relatively vanilla-friendly. |

⛏️ Survival Mode

This section will cover all the survival mode related stuff that has been changed for either a more comfortable experience or simply convinience. Mostly covers the functionality of some stuff (All mods listed are client sided with optional sesrver side features)

| Xaeros Minimap | Adds a minimap to the top right corner of your screen |
| AppleSkin | Adds visible saturation |
| Armor Hud | Displays the durability of your armor on the bottom left of the screen |
| AutoReplants | Automatically replants crops. This mod is client-sided so it works on servers |
| CalcMod | A calculator in your chat with shortcuts designed for Minecraft. |
| Freecam | A highly customizable freecam mod. |
| JEI (and its addons) | JEI is an item and recipe viewing mod for Minecraf. Also adds villager trades,Dungeon chest loot, Enchantment information, Mob drops, Plant and seed drops, World gen information |
| Language Reload | Reduces load times and adds fallbacks for languages. |
| Litematica | Creates schematics to recreate builds from creative in survival. Useful for building farms while keeping gameplay relatively vanilla-friendly. |
| Minihud | Visible light levels? No problem. Slime chunks? No problem. Anything you want can be made visible here. Great for redstoners and people who build farms. |
| More Chat History | Increases the length of the chat history. |
| Mouse Tweaks | A mod that enhances the inventory management by adding various additional functions to the usual mouse buttons. PlainSpice changes allot of this mods behaviour |
| Ok Zoomer | A zoom mod that is powerful, lean, and pretty customizable. The zoom is yours! |
| Shulker Box Tooltip | Hold shift over a shulker box to see whats inside. |
| Simple auto fishing | A client side mod that fishes for you. |
| Status Effect Bars | Adds small customizable bars to the status effects overlay and in the inventory to show the remaining duration of effects. |
| Tweakeroo | In Plainspice this mod is used for fast right/left click keybinds, periodic attack, hold right/left click. Most of the non vanilla stuff is not bound by default. Please check out the config section for more details. |
| ViaFabricPlus | Minecraft Fabric mod that allows you to join EVERY Minecraft server version (Classic, Alpha, Beta, Release, April Fools) |
| ClientSort | Versatile and easy inventory sorting. |
| Controlling | Adds the ability to search for keybinds using their name in the KeyBinding menu, this allows players to easily find a key binding in the menu. |
| No chat reports | Strips cryptographic signatures from player messages, making it impossible to track and associate them with your Mojang/Microsoft account, as well as use Player Chat Reporting feature |

🎨 RESOURCE PACKS

We use some resource packs to make the experience better. Heres a list of all of them.

| Vanilla Tweaks | Vanilla tweaks configured by me. Also adds some changes that arent on the vanilla tweaks website (more specifically to sound volume). |

☀️ Aesthetic changes

Covers all the changes that somehow change the games aesthetics.

| Continuity | provides connected textures for glass, sandstone, and bookshelves, similar to the built-in connected textures provided by OptiFine. |
| Falling Leaves | Adds leaf particles and a way to configure them. IMO they look better than vanilla |
| Leave my bars alone | Makes your food and experience bars visible when riding on a horse. |
| Remove Reloading Screen | Makes resource packs load in the background, allowing you to do other things while waiting! |
| Smooth Skies | Fixes several skybox related graphical issues |
| Tightfire | Makes fire render tighter against blocks like slabs and fences |
| Clumps | Clumps xp orbs together. |
| BBE | Makes block entities visible from far away. |
| ChatAnimation | Adds animations to the chat. |
| ChatHeads | This mod adds player heads next to their chat messages |
| Advancements Fullscreen & Advancements Search | Changes the Advancements screen to be more pleasent and usable |
| Better Clouds | Beautiful clouds in touch with the vanilla style. |
| Blur+ | Various enhancements for the blur effect behind Minecraft GUIs |
| Particular Reforged | Particular is a mod that enhances Minecraft’s ambience with many hand-crafted visual effects. |

| Shut Up Dead Entities | A client-side mod that smoothly fades out mob sounds upon death. |
| Sound Physics Remastered | Realistic sound physics but tweaked by PlainSpice to be more vanilla sounding |
| Presence Footsteps | Adds footstep sounds when walking on various blocks. Also tweaked by the PlainSpice team (AKA me) |

| EntityCulling | This mod uses async path-tracing to hide Tiles/Entities that are not visible. |
| Krypton | A Fabric mod that optimizes the Minecraft networking stack and entity tracker. |
| ImmediatelyFast | Speed up and optimize immediate mode rendering in Minecraft |
| FerriteCore | Reduces memory usage |
| Lithium | optimization mod for Minecraft which makes a wide range of performance improvements to the game. |
| PacketFixer | A simple mod to solve various problems with packets/NBT’s. |
| Sodium | Sodium is a powerful rendering engine for Minecraft which greatly improves frame rates and micro-stutter, while fixing many graphical issues |
| Sodium Extra | Adds extra features to sodium. Used in the PlainSpice config |
| Very Many Players | A Fabric mod designed to improve server performance at high playercounts |
| Xander’s Sodium Options: Continued | Replaces the SOdium options GUI with vanilla-style alternative. Not a performance mod but its related to them. |

📄 The default config

In this section ill cover everything ive changed from the normal keybinds provided by mojang or the mod developers. First of all, you can alt+tab out of the game without pausing. This is made possible by editing the options.txt file so thats why its in this section.
