🎮 MOST REALISTIC MODPACK EVER

Inspired by Vultures’ YouTube video, this modpack makes Minecraft so real you’ll need a therapist and a cardiologist. Designed for Minecraft 1.20.1 and built on Forge, it transforms the game into an intense, immersive, and often unforgiving survival experience — without changing the core visuals too much.

🧠 Main Features:

🔬 Realistic Body & Mind Systems

Body Systems: FirstAid, Cold Sweat, Heart Attack Mod (yes, fear can kill you)
Mental Health: Sanity & Depression mods — survive not just physically, but emotionally

⚔️ Combat & Physics Overhaul

Realistic Physics: Physics Mod, NoCubes, Camera Overhaul
Better Combat: playerAnimator, First Person Model, Better Combat

🎨 Visual & Immersion Enhancements

Bliss Shaders, 3D Skin Layers, True Darkness, Low Shield, Fresh Animations
Low On Fire: makes fire less intrusive and more immersive

🚀 Performance Optimizations

ModernFix, FerriteCore, Oculus, Embeddium, and ImmediatelyFast

🔧 Technical Info

Built for Forge 1.20.1
Requires both Client & Server

-⚠️ I did not create the video this modpack is based on. Full credit for the video concept goes to Vultures. Watch it here: this YouTube video

I take no credit for the individual mods used

Whether you’re seeking realism, survival challenges, or just want Minecraft to feel uncomfortably real — this is the pack for you.
