The G’Express Modpack

G’Express

G’Express is a modpack designed for the G’Network server, but any other server is welcome to use it too! The pack is built around a few core mods: Wathe:Murder Mystery, Wathe:Extended, G’Express, and the Harpy Express: Extended modpack.

We’ve also included a bunch of other mods to make gameplay and map-making way better for players and builders alike including Macaw’s Collection, the [Let’s Do] Collection, and tons more.

Game Mechanics

• Murder Mystery: Using Wathe, our custom dev work, and a variety of add-ons, we set up custom maps, roles, and items. Everything is balanced so new players don’t get overwhelmed and quit, letting them easily compete with the server regulars from day one.
• Proximity Voice Chat: Talk with others, plan your next moves, or try to deduce everyone’s hidden roles while collecting coins and goofing around.
• Talking Heads: A great little add-on for the voice chat that makes a player’s head grow bigger whenever they speak, so you always know exactly who is talking.

Performance

We packed this with plenty of performance mods to make sure players with low-end PCs can still run it smoothly. No one should have to deal with an unfair disadvantage because of lag.
