Cobblemon Ride Speed Stabilizer
by EproMC
Nerfs the top speed of fast Cobblemon rides (bird, jet, dolphin, submarine, hover) by around 45% to reduce server lag from chunk loading. Handling, acceleration, and stamina are untouched. Horse-tier rides are not nerfed.
