Dream Dimension

A Fabric mod that sends sleeping players to a superflat creative dimension.

Overview

The purpose of this mod is to allow players to design, plan, or test builds in a creative environment without having to leave a survival server.

This mod adds a creative dimension called Dream. Other than its name and the method in which to enter the dimension, it is essentially a basic superflat world with minor modifications.

The dimension may only be accessed through the Overworld. It may be entered and exited by sleeping in any bed.

While in this dimension, all players will be in creative mode. Death will be prevented from happening while in here.

The player’s health, hunger, experience, inventory, and effects are independent of each dimension.

Since sleeping in bed is required to move between dimensions, skipping the night can no longer occur by default. This can be changed with the requireEmptyHands game rule. This will require players to sleep in bed without items in hand to move between dimensions.

Game Rules

• dreamTicks – The amount of sleep ticks required before teleporting to Dream dimension.
• requireEmptyHands – This will require empty hands while sleeping for players to enter the dream dimension.

Custom Generation
