super health indicator

Adds other player’s health on hover.

Settings:

• Draw healthbar – on hover draws enemy’s healthbar
• Draw max health – Draws enemy’s max health
• Draw health in nametags – draws health in player’s nametags
• Show self health – draws your actual health above the crosshair
• Show prediction – shows W if your hp is more than enemies hp, L if less and D if the same
• Always show 5s after hit – shows hp not only when aiming, but also within 5 seconds after hit
• Color health text – colors health text
• Scale text when low health – if enemy has low hp the text under crosshair would get bigger
