Sky’s Terrain Smoother – Biomes O’ Plenty Add-On

Biomes O’ Plenty biomes can have smoother slopes too!

This add-on gives BOP grass and soil matching slabs, steps and corners for Sky’s Terrain Smoother to use on hillsides and dry cave floors.

The pieces keep their native BOP textures, grass colours and soil types, so the transitions fit the surrounding terrain.

Smoothing and building

The add-on follows the smoothing level selected in Terrain Smoother:

• Level 1: slabs.
• Level 2: slabs and steps.
• Level 3: slabs, steps and corners.

It covers BOP’s eight grass variants, along with ordinary and coarse loamy, sandy and silty dirt, grass pieces retain their grass behaviour and snowy appearance where appropriate.

You can craft and build with the pieces yourself too, matching pieces join together when placed, and crafting recipes let you cut larger pieces down or combine smaller pieces back into larger ones.

Shovel paths

Use a compatible shovel on supported grass or ordinary soil pieces to make paths without changing their shape or orientation, loamy, sandy and silty paths retain their matching BOP soil textures.

Flattening a grass step or corner also turns compatible grass directly underneath into a path, keeping the exposed surfaces aligned.

Existing worlds

Smoothing applies to newly generated terrain. Explore new chunks to see the effect; existing terrain stays as it is.

You can turn smoothing off in Terrain Smoother’s configuration. Keep this add-on installed in worlds containing its pieces, as those remain part of your world after generation is disabled.
