Portal Travel Animation

# PortalFX

PortalFX gives both portals a new look and makes travelling through them feel dramatic.

## Features

**Nether portal**
– A new animated crimson texture with slow, flowing swirls and glowing veins
– Crisp 64×64 frames, so it isn’t pixelated
– Drifting crimson embers around active portals
– No selection box when you aim at the portal

**End portal**
– A new violet lightning and starfield texture
– Small purple portal particles that curl around the portal

**Teleporting**
– Teleport the instant you touch a portal, no waiting
– Nether: the screen shatters into glowing shards
– End: reality tears open with a void rip
– You are frozen in place during the animation (like the End credits), so you can’t walk or fall
– The vanilla portal warp overlay is replaced, so effects never stack

– Minecraft 1.21.1,26.x
– NeoForge
– Needed on both client and server

## Notes
– No shaders needed; it works on any GPU
– Texture and particle changes are visual only
