🎁 Every Present Is a Gamble

Click one. It shakes. It rings, faster and faster. Then anything can happen: treasure, a sleigh, presents raining down on parachutes, or six lit TNT around your feet.

Would rather save it? Break it and it picks up whole, ready to give away.

🎅 Leave a Cookie Out for Santa

Put a cookie on a plate by a decorated tree. That night you hear sleigh bells and a “Ho ho ho!” Santa eats the cookie, leaves presents and vanishes.

Some nights he flies over and drops presents on parachutes. Every night in real December. Kill an elf, though, and all you get is coal.

🎄 Deck the Tree, With Help

Grow a Christmas tree from a sapling, or stumble on a rare one in the snowy wild. Hang six kinds of ornaments, string up fairy lights that really glow, and top it with a star.

Elves live in the snow and come to any tree you grow, hanging ornaments by themselves. Give one a cookie and it thanks you with a present.

🦌 Rudolph and a Far Too Fast Sleigh

Reindeer roam the snow and follow you for carrots. 1 in every 1,000 is born Rudolph, with a red nose that glows.

The sleigh builds speed, drifts, jumps ramps and falls with real gravity. When you crash, it throws you. Hold on.

🎀 Wrap Real Gifts

Craft a present with any items and they go inside, signed “Gift from” you, with the contents hidden. Give it to a friend. Give it to a villager and they like you more, and sometimes give one back.

❄️ Snow, Fireworks and Carols

A present might bring a two-minute blizzard that slowly piles up snow, or light the night with fireworks. Five Christmas carols come on music discs for your jukebox, and they never play as background music.

Plus candy canes, gingerbread men, hot cocoa and a Santa hat to wear.

Made for a cozy December world, a holiday event on your server, or a Christmas with friends. It works all year, too.

📦 How to Install

CurseForge app: click Install. It adds Fabric API for you.
Fabric: install Fabric Loader, then put Fabric API and the Pancakes Christmas Fabric file in your mods folder.
Forge: install Forge, then put the Pancakes Christmas Forge file in your mods folder.

Needs Java 25 (Java 21 on 1.21.1). On a server, install it on the server and on every player’s game.

❓ FAQ

Can a present wreck my base?
Yes, like any lucky block. The TNT ring blows up whatever is close, chests included, and the snow pit digs into the ground. Open presents somewhere you do not mind.

Does a blizzard affect the whole server?
The rain and snow are for the whole world, as all Minecraft weather is. The piling snow stays close to the present.

Will it work in my existing world?
Yes. Wild trees only grow in land you have not explored yet. Everything else works straight away.

Can I put it in a modpack?
Yes.
