Drop Spread 2

The successor to Drop Spread, ported to 1.21.

Adds the dropSpread gamerule, allowing values between 0.1 and 10, that controls how far player items are launched on death, where 1 is the vanilla velocity, and 0.1 is the mod’s default, as seen in the mod icon.

All credit for idea and code goes to jadc, the original author, but given that his github repo hasn’t been updated in 2 years, it seemed best to just port it myself.
