Drop item on spawner to upgrade it.
Look at a spawner and /trigger getSpawnerData to get spawner data.
/trigger u_spawner.config to config this datapack (Required cheat)

- MinSpawnDelay 200 blaze_powder-2 => 0
- SpawnCount 4 glowstone_dust+1 => 64
- RequiredPlayerRange 16 redstone+1 => 256
- MaxNearbyEntities 6 lapis_lazuli+1 => 96
- SpawnRange 4 chorus_fruit+1=> 64
