Simple Fullbright Mod for Minecraft 1.16.1
A simple Fabric mod that allows you to toggle fullbright mode on and off with a configurable hotkey for speedrunning.
Features
- Toggle fullbright mode with a hotkey (default: G key)
- Configurable keybinding in the controls menu
- Preserves original gamma settings
- Works reliably in-game
- Client-side only mod
Installation
- Install Fabric Loader for Minecraft 1.16.1
- Install Fabric API
- Place the compiled mod JAR in your mods folder
- Launch the game
Usage
- Press the G key (or your configured key) to toggle fullbright mode
- The keybinding can be changed in Options > Controls > Speedrun Fullbright
- When fullbright is enabled, your gamma is set to a very high value (1000.0)
- When disabled, your original gamma setting is restored
