ABZA: Apocalypse Begins: Zombie Apocalypse

Pre-alpha, unfinished. Most of the pack’s systems are in, but its own buildings aren’t yet: the cities are Lost Cities’ defaults, and some content is stand-in until they’re built. Expect changes between versions, and start a new world for each update.

Extreme PvE survival on Minecraft 1.20.1 (Forge). The world is split into tiers: each region has its own climate, creatures and gear, and gets harder the further you go, from Earth’s cities to the Moon and four worlds beyond it.

What’s In It

• Eight tiers: the Plains, the Snow and the Badlands on Earth, then the Moon, Cinder, Eden, Umbra and Interloper. Each fought region has its own creatures, mini-bosses, bosses and a final boss.
• Survival: no natural healing; each region’s affliction, and a vaccine made from its creatures; temperature by region; food is found, bought or farmed, never cooked.
• Combat: guns by tier, each tier with its own rounds; vehicles, helicopters and aircraft; horde nights every fourth night.
• Progression: a tech ladder through Mekanism to rockets; ores by region and depth; max health that grows with every final boss and Bestiary milestone.
• Scavenging: loot by region, locked safes with codes written somewhere nearby, air drops called by flare guns.
• A questbook with the essentials, the progression per tier and a Bestiary.
