Cursed Fate: Blood Arrows

Prepare your ammunition. Draw your bow. Let your blood find its mark.

Blood Arrows adds Homing Arrow, a new innate skill for Cursed Fate’s existing Blood Manipulation technique. Use the skill to prepare blood-tipped ammunition, then fire fully drawn bow shots that automatically seek a nearby target.

Features

• Automatic homing: fully drawn blood-arrow shots follow a target near their original flight path.
• Blood-tipped arrows and spectral arrows, with donor information.
• +2 hit damage on blood arrows, before armor and other defenses.
• Native Cursed Fate integration: select Homing Arrow in the Innate tab beneath the trait button and bind it through the normal ability hotbar.
• Cursed Fate: Blood Bags support: spend your own stored blood before paying health when preparing ammunition.

How to use

1. Obtain Blood Manipulation through Cursed Fate.
2. Open the Innate tab, click the Homing Arrow icon beneath the trait button, and bind it to an ability slot.
3. Hold ordinary arrows or spectral arrows in either hand and use the skill. It prepares up to four arrows from the held stack.
4. Put your prepared arrows in your offhand to prioritize them over other ammunition, fully draw a bow, and release normally.

The skill is only used to make ammunition. Fully drawn blood-arrow shots home automatically, including while the preparation skill is on cooldown. Undercharged shots remain unguided but retain their blood damage bonus.

Preparation costs

A batch of four costs 4 CE, plus either ¼ bag or 1 HP (half a heart). Preparing four at a time makes the best use of stored blood. Health payment is refused if it would leave you below half a heart.

Blood Bags is not required. Without it, arrows are prepared using the player’s health. With it installed, the addon searches your inventory and offhand for blood belonging to you, preserves partially filled bags, and returns emptied containers.

• Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Fate, release 1.0.39, with its usual dependencies

Optional: Cursed Fate: Blood Bags, version 1.2.1 or newer.

Preparation cooldown and homing duration can be adjusted in the world’s serverconfig/bloodarrows-server.toml. The addon supports Cursed Fate’s native nocooldown gamerule.
