Description
Better Spawner Control makes ordinary torches a simple way to manage mob spawners. Use attached torches to adjust the number of mobs spawned per wave, or place five to pause a spawner. Remove a torch when you’re ready to start it again.
The mod also lets spawners work in bright areas, so you can light up your mob farm without shutting it down.

You are welcome to include Better Spawner Control in Java Edition modpacks. No additional permission is required.
