World-Space Giveaway Board (GiveawayWorldRenderer, 400×240):
- Holographic 2D panel anchored statically in 3D world space.
- Floating Header: Glowing title banner with sparkle effects above the board.
- Left Column: Live status (Running / Drawing / Claim), Glint/End-Portal showcase vitrine with floating 3D prize item, keyword callout, and upgraded 3D progress bar.
- Right Column: Participant grid featuring 2D player heads, win odds %, pity ticket badges, and vertical scrollbar.
- Claim Phase: Centered winner reveal stage with particle effects and payout handling.
Ground Protection & Parallax Fix:
- Sub-millimeter Z-layering (LAYER_Z_STEP = -0.008f) prevents parallax drift.
- Safe center-Y calculation ensures the board never sinks into stairs or uneven ground.

Upgraded 3D Progress Bar (WorldPanelCanvas.drawProgressBar):
- The countdown and claim timer bars now render with the new glossy bar, traveling light pulse, scale tick marks (25%, 50%, 75%), and leading-edge tick.
Layout & UI Fixes:
- Resolved an issue where the settings separator line overlapped option rows.
- Improved readability and drop shadows for player heads and odds percentages.

Dedicated 3D Board Settings Screen (GiveawayWorldBoardSettingsScreen):
- Comprehensive settings menu for the 3D Giveaway Board:
  - 3D Board active / toggle
  - Board scaling (\(0.60\times\) to \(1.60\times\))
  - Neon chasing border ("snake")
  - 3D stage effects (god-rays, spotlights, celebratory confetti, holo pedestal)
  - Prize item rotation and smooth floating
  - Auto-hide 2D HUD overlay when 3D board is in view
  - Chat & board language mode (AUTO, DE, EN, DUAL)

Quick Access Shortcuts:
- Shift-Click on the [▣ 3D Board] button in the main Giveaway Dashboard (GiveawayScreen) opens 3D board settings instantly.
