Sky Logistics

The world is broken into floating islands. Getting anywhere, and getting your stuff
there, is up to you.

Sky Logistics is a Create + Create: Aeronautics modpack for Minecraft 1.21.1 (NeoForge).
The world is islands hanging over an endless void, so walking won’t get you far. You
build bridges, rope lines and eventually airships to reach new land, and you set up the
logistics to move what you find back home. Building the factory is the easy part.

Made for singleplayer and small co-op groups.

What makes it different

🏝️ A world of sky islands

Terrain comes from Aero Islands: hundreds of floating islands in every biome, over a
void with no bottom. Terralith, Nature’s Spirit and Galosphere add biome variety, adapted
so every biome sits properly on an island.

Every few thousand blocks there’s something rarer: a large landmass, big enough for a
real base and home to more structures. You won’t stumble onto the next one on foot. You’ll
need a ship.

✈️ Airships are how you travel

Create: Aeronautics and Sable let you build physics-driven ships out of Create
blocks: propellers, envelopes, sails, engines, all of it. They carry you, your cargo and
your contraptions across the void. Add-ons bring rope connectors, propulsion parts,
radars and cannons (Create Big Cannons) for when the sky gets dangerous.

No shortcuts: elytra are removed, and there are no gliders, grappling hooks or
waystones. If you want to get somewhere, build something that takes you there.

• Create’s full logistics toolkit, plus Package Couriers for package delivery
• Sophisticated Backpacks and Storage, working on Create contraptions too
• Item and fluid handling from Create’s add-ons (Crafts & Additions, Diesel Generators,
  Western Pump, Slice & Dice and more)

🗺️ Structures worth the trip

Ruins, villages, towers, taverns and sky dungeons from When Dungeons Arise, ChoiceTheorem’s
Overhauled Village, Towns and Towers, Dungeons and Taverns, Structory,
Philip’s Ruins, Moog’s Soaring Structures and Sons of Sins, all adjusted so
they sit on islands instead of floating over the void.

Chests hold their usual loot plus Create parts, and better parts deeper in. Village
houses turn up scrap and sail frames. Dungeons hold envelopes and engineering parts. Sky
fortresses can hold a portable engine. Lootr gives every player their own loot.

⚔️ The farther you go, the harder it gets

Mobs grow stronger with distance from spawn (Scaling Difficulty). New creatures from
Alex’s Mobs, Undead Unleashed, Nyf’s Spiders, Enderman Overhaul and
Sons of Sins fill the islands. Fight back with Simply Swords and Artifacts.

The End is earned through End Remastered: find the eyes scattered across the world’s
structures, rebalanced so every eye can be found in a sky world.

🍞 Living in the sky

Farmer’s Delight, Create: Food, Brewin’ and Chewin’, Alex’s Delight and Central Kitchen
for food. Quark, Supplementaries, Comforts, Map Atlases and Field Guide for daily life.
Create Deco and Rechiseled for building.

Built to run well

Fast airships load chunks quickly, so terrain generation has been kept light. The pack
includes Sodium, FerriteCore, Dynamic FPS and Create Better FPS, plus Chunky if you want
to pre-generate.

Recommended: 6–8 GB of RAM.

Multiplayer

• Simple Voice Chat and Simple Voice Radio for talking across the void
• e4mc to open a world to friends without port forwarding (voice chat needs a normal
  connection, a port-forwarded server or a tunnel such as playit.gg)
• A server pack is available under Files

Good to know

• Start a new world when updating to 2.0.0. New landmasses and structures only
  generate in new chunks, and Backpacked backpacks from 1.x are gone.
• Keybinds come pre-sorted to avoid conflicts. Coming from 1.x? Open Controls and
  press Reset All to get them. Controlling lets you search and filter keybinds.
• JEI shows every recipe. Create’s Ponder (hold W on an item) shows how blocks work.
