Note: This mod REQUIRES Serene Seasons to function correctly, future compatibility with other season mods is planned.

`Alive | Gothic Horror` is a Minecraft mod that is a component of the Alive Modding Ecosystem.  

It adds a multitude of features, and it’s highly recommended you play with `Alive | Undead Expanded` and `Alive | Ghosts & Ghouls` for the full experience!

This mod adds in a variety of gothic horror themed game events, sounds, and creepy effects.

Mod Features:

• Longer Autumn Nights & Nightmares
  • The closer to october you are, the longer the nights get, and the harder it is to sleep.
  • Occasionaly the player will wake from a nightmare later into the night but before dawn.
• Banshee’s
  • Ghostly cries of the banshee will play when the game thinks danger is near. Banshee’s are heralds of death.
• Horror Darkness Ambience
  • Horror type ambience that seems to ooze from the walls, plays in dark areas
  • It is highly reccomended the `Sound Physics Remastered` mod be played alongside this one.
• Forerunners
  • In regional folklore—particularly well-documented in Nova Scotia, a forerunner is a supernatural sign or auditory/visual phantom (such as three unexplained knocks or seeing a phantom double) that acts as a grim harbinger of an impending death.

If this is looking a little sparce, plenty of features are planned and coming.
