Alert Tweaks KoHs

Alert Tweaks KoHs warns you about what the screen does not tell you at a glance in a fight: no totem in your offhand, an enemy popping a totem, armour about to break, a fall that will kill you, the server freezing. It is a client-side Fabric mod: you install it in your own game and no server needs it.

It used to be Healt Alert Tweaks. The low-health vignette and the heartbeat are still here, next to everything else.

Alerts

Fourteen alerts, each with its own switch, sound, look and place on the screen:

• Totems: no totem in offhand, totems running low, enemy totem pops (with the count).
• Gear and cooldowns: armour breaking, weapon or tool breaking, shield disabled, cooldown ready.
• Body: harmful effect, effect running out, too hungry to sprint, dangerous fall.
• World: supplies running low, inventory full, server not responding.

Every alert has a Test button in the settings. Danger alerts can flash the edges of the screen once.

Five looks

Card, Compact, Icon, Text and Banner. Pick one for each alert, or one for all of them.

Put every alert where you want it

Edit positions opens your own screen with your own HUD. Drag each alert to where it should appear, and drop one on another to stack them. A ten-second tutorial shows how the first time. Play all shows every alert in its place.

Threat indicator

An arrow around the crosshair points at whoever just hit you and follows them for a few seconds. With several attackers you get one arrow each, up to four. Eight styles: Classic, Arc, Chevrons, Slash, Radar, Weapon (shows what hit you), Edge and Shard, with adjustable size and distance from the crosshair. It only uses the hit the server already tells you about: the attacker is never highlighted.

Low health

A vignette around the screen when your health drops below the value you choose, in your colour, opacity and reach, with a smooth fade or a fixed strength. It can pulse like a heartbeat and play a heartbeat sound, both faster as your health gets lower.

Player alerts

Add names to a watch list and get a card with their face when they join or leave the server you are on, or when they are already online as you join. It reads the server’s player list (Tab), never where anyone is, so players hidden by vanish never show.

Settings

Everything is in one screen with a live preview of your own HUD. It works from the title screen and in game, at every GUI size, in English and Spanish. Open it from Mod Menu.

Versions

Version 2.0.0 is available for Minecraft 1.21.11 and 26.1 to 26.3. It needs Fabric Loader and Fabric API. Mod Menu is optional, but it is how you open the settings.

Minecraft 1.21 to 1.21.10 keep the old Healt Alert Tweaks 1.0.21, which no longer gets updates.
