Most of the jewellery/accessory items you can just place in your off hand to use, but some may be attached to the head.

Journey’s End: Wayrith is a story-driven Minecraft roleplay server set in a mystical, ever-evolving world that appears only to those who are truly lost. Players, known as Wayfarers, stumble into Wayrith through dreams, forgotten paths, or moments of crisis, arriving in a magical realm where community, exploration, and storytelling shape the very fabric of the world. At its heart lies Eldrin, a vibrant city built by wanderers from every walk of life. With no rulers, only purpose, and a world that remembers your choices, Journey’s End is not about survival — it’s about finding where you belong.
