Adds a simple wand design in place of the usual totem of undying. For whimsical people.

介绍
Hello, I’ve taken something from a previous pack and separated it into it’s own. It changes the Totem of Undying into a wand for all the whimsical people out there, like me.
I do not have any plans to change this or add to it in the future aside from updating compatibility.
