Teleport Allays Datapack

This datapack makes allays teleport to the player or to their noteblock, much like how dogs and cats teleport:

– Teleports allays to the nearest player if they are 64 blocks away from them, unless nametaged
– Teleports allays to their noteblock when they are outside the 16 block range and their timer runs out
   – handy in watery environments where allays are slower

   – has suffocation protection by teleporting them to a nearby (cave)air block

– leashed allays cannot like noteblocks and thus follow the player
