About

As Mojang has been slowly remastering the default textures of the game, they seem to have left some stragglers behind, Reforged Mobs aims to fix that. By giving mobs with ancient textures a new look which builds upon their pre-existing ones, sometimes rethemeing textures fully like with the Guardian and Elder Guardian or giving a mob a “remaster” of sorts, like with the Ghast. I’ve put particular care into making the textures fit with the vanilla game while bringing consistency to the game.

No Optifine or EMF required, this mod doesn’t change any models.

Features

The resource pack currently features new textures for:

Ghast
Witch
Enderman
Creeper
Blaze
Shulker
Guardian (and Elder Guardian)

Other planned mobs are the Silverfish and Endermite.

The pack is likely not compatible with any animation or model changing packs like Fresh Animations.
