Reforged (formally Tiered) Icon Fix

This is a texture / model fix for the mod Reforged (formally Tiered)

At least in mod version 1.1.0 there seems to be an issue with the icon and model files where they use the wrong name after the mod was branched from the mod Tiered.

This resource pack fixes this issue. The mod author may fix this directly in the mod itself at some point and this resource pack may no longer be needed.
