About Pixelate
Pixelate brings to your game an entirely new feeling while still maintaining Minecraft’s block-by-block core with similar and really faithful textures. Made in 8×8 resolution, twice less than the original textures, it allows the player to discover how simplistic textures can still feel pretty and detailed. The 8x resolution is often considered as a downgrade but this pack aims to recreate details with less pixels in order to help low powered computers to have a nice game without having to lose performance.
– Pixelate is (at the moment) built for Minecraft 1.8.9.
