In 24w33a Mojang redesigned redstone torches, and now they look really good. So good that I want them not only now, but also in earlier versions. So I made this backport.
It should work on all versions from 1.13 to 1.21, but maybe it can work on earlier version too.
I am just too lazy to test that right now.
I know VanillaTweaks has this, but at the point of writing this they actually have missed one detail and still haven’t fixed it. :3
