More Enchantment Level Display-Arabic numerals

Supports Display:

1. Roman numerals;
2. Arabic numerals (This project.);
3. English words _(and versions without units)_ (who needs it?)
4. Uppercase/Lowercase Chinese numerals _(and versions without units)_.;
5. And their binary versions.

Precautions:

• It does not support enchantment levels above 255, as Minecraft itself does not support such high levels.
• This feature is compatible with Minecraft versions 1.12.2 and above.
• This is just a _resource pack_ and does not include methods to obtain enchantment levels above 5.
