[EGM] Enhanced Game Music

EGM Enhanced Game Music is an updated version of the old pack Better Music for Menu&Discs. In this pack, many of the game’s music tracks are upgraded to EPIC versions. It includes almost all music discs, now in their EPIC versions. The three most well-known discs (3, 5, and 11) have been replaced with completely new music (see the table). Some background tracks are also replaced with EPIC versions.

The main reason I made this pack was for the menu music (the songs that play when you start Minecraft Java Edition). After a few tries, I finally made a pack with custom menu songs! Note: in version 1.20.1 and above, the menu music might not play right away. Don’t worry if you don’t hear it immediately—it will play after a few minutes, or if you restart the game.

Most of the music comes from the YouTube channel @Kalamity_Music. I chose her music because it’s adventurous and fits well with your thoughts and memories. Also, almost no one else could make this music as well. Thanks also to @J0sh2k, @andreaszoeller, @SynomaticCanvas, @luffimusic, @I_am_Angerer for their music.

Special thanks to @Kalamity_Music (Kalamity) for making it easy to find the right music for this pack.

Disclaimer This Minecraft resource pack replaces various in-game music tracks with alternative or “epic” versions.

The original Minecraft soundtrack was composed by multiple artists (including C418 and other official Minecraft composers). All original compositions and recordings remain the property of their respective copyright holders.

The audio used in this pack consists of alternative versions of these tracks that were found on YouTube and are used only to change the in-game listening experience. I do not claim ownership of any of the original music, melodies, or recordings.
