This resourcepack makes all minecraft textures downscaled by 2x. Downscaling a 16×16 (default for blocks and items) texture by 2x will make it 8×8 pixels. Downscaled textures have less details and do take less V-RAM, but it probably won’t do any optimization, so this is just a visual thing.
