Correct Fence Model正确的栅栏模型

CN: 原版的栅栏模型只有一格高，而碰撞箱却有1.5格高，这使得我们难以凭直觉判断栅栏的碰撞，所以这个资源包使栅栏的模型符合实际碰撞箱。

补充：这是我的第一个资源包，制作没有花多久，可能做的不好。因为此资源包添加了更多模型，此资源包会影响性能。资源包在26.2版本制作，其他版本也大概率可用。100%人类制作。
