replaces most new block sounds with the 7 or so generic versions which have been in the game since the beginning, to make them consistent with every other block

Exceptions

Amethyst keeps its sounds, because its sounds and vibration resonance ability important to its identity
Mud keeps its sounds, because none of the generic sounds match it
Suspicious Sand makes the same sounds as sand, except for the breaking sound
Suspcious Gravel makes the same sounds as gravel, except for the breaking sound
Slime Blocks keep their slimy sounds
Chains keep their rattle-y sounds (possibly subject to chainge)
Anvils keep their place sound
