Adds vanilla End Rod particles as an animated effect to the Elytra item.
This resource pack gives the Elytra a simple and dynamic animated appearance using the familiar End Rod particle effect from vanilla Minecraft.
The animation only changes the Elytra item’s visual appearance and does not add or change any gameplay features.
