A resource pack providing connected textures support for my mod, “Andro’s Palette” using Continuity!
Currently only works with Continuity, support for more mods is planned in the future (such as Fusion!)
To fix lines showing on panes, enable the “Glass Pane Culling” Built-In Resource Pack from Continuity.
