I did not expect to receive a lot of downloads since this was first published, thank you all so much!
I’m proud of what has been accomplished so far with this modpack being my very first official one, and am hoping to finally get back into polishing a bit here and there.
Been very much out of it in terms of development, so it will be very slow for some time since I’ve taken a break for myself. If I do get back to modpack development, I will be making one or two final tweaks before preparing for when I do publish a full stable release.

What can I do in this modpack?

• Explore the Wilderwoods: Discover a vast, vibrant world teeming with lush forests, hidden caves, towering mountains, and mysterious ruins. Each biome presents unique challenges and opportunities.
• Mystical Beasts: Encounter a variety of fantastical creatures, from majestic griffins and playful sprites to cunning goblins and fearsome dragons. Befriend them, battle them, or even learn to harness their powers.
• Technomagic: Combine ancient magical artifacts with advanced technological devices to create powerful tools and weapons. Experiment with infusing raw materials with the power of embers and aether energies.
• Crafting and Building: Construct magnificent structures using a wide array of resources, from enchanted wood and magical stones to futuristic alloys and advanced circuitry.
• Quests and Challenges: Embark on epic quests, unravel ancient mysteries, and overcome challenging dungeons filled with puzzles and formidable foes. Your choices will forge your path within the realm of Wilderwoods.

We recommend at least 4-6 GB to run this modpack. If you can allocate more memory, 8GB is recommended for a smooth and (hopefully) lag-free performance. Please see the F.A.Q. below for server memory configuration.

Important

This is my first ever modpack, and I am just one developer working on this in my own free time, so anything to help improve the experience is highly welcome! Please do not steal or reuse assets from my modpack or the mods included. 
I would highly appreciate constructive criticism rather than just complaining about features being broken or “unfair”, it is meant to be challenging. If, however, there is a problem or game-breaking bug, please let me know and I will try my best to fix it.

F.A.Q.

1. Will this modpack be added to Modrinth?
   Unfortunately, no. This is because a majority of this modpack’s mods are not yet available on Modrinth. If it becomes feasible in the future, I may consider it. As of right now, CurseForge is the only place I will be distributing this modpack, so please do not reupload this or any part of it on any other sites. Thank you.
2. Is Optifine compatible with your modpack?
   No, and it will never be compatible. Do not ask for it to be made compatible, as that mod is closed-source, and any bugs encountered with it won’t be fixed and will be promptly ignored. Please use ETF/EMF and Oculus, which I have shipped with this modpack. They are much more stable and support a majority of the features that Optifine has.
3. Is Essential Mod compatible with your modpack?
   Yes… and no, and I’ll probably not recommend using it for this modpack since it will interfere with Fancy Menus, which handles the look of this modpack. They aren’t compatible anyway, so if you want to play with friends, I highly recommend self-hosting one, renting a server online (refer to F.A.Q. #5), or playing on a LAN connection (not recommended) for which e4mc is provided for world hosting.
4. Can I showcase, record gameplay or stream your modpack?
   Of course! All I ask is that you please credit this modpack by adding a link to this project page to your video’s description where possible. I’m intrigued to see what kinds of adventures you get up to while exploring your worlds.
5. Can I make a server with your modpack?
   Yes, you can! I will be including server packs in future with the modpack files for you to set up your server. I would recommend at least 4 GB for your server to start and 6 GB+ to ensure a lag-free experience.
   Please ensure that you use the correct server pack version (coming soon) for your modpack, as mismatched versions will cause problems.
   *We do not recommend, nor support “free” server providers such as Aternos, as those do not offer sufficient memory to run the modpack, nor allow direct access to the modpack configuration. Any support requests for crashes caused by running incompatible or unsupported servers will be ignored and no support offered.
6. I cannot join my own server / I cannot join my friend’s world.
   At this time, multiplayer is still not yet fully tested and problems may occur! Please keep this in mind when playing with friends and always keep backups of your worlds when updating your modpack.
   Notice for Server Hosts: As of right now, v1.0.0-beta.9 or above is recommended for multiplayer support as this includes a critical update patch to some mods that kept giving “Unknown recipe serializer” errors.
7. Wait… is the Human Era: Villagers & Illagers resource pack no longer included? Why?
   Ah, good eye! I do have a reason for this. Because the resource pack dev has to update every 4 months or so and removes older versions of this resource pack, I’d rather not include it by default since I’ll be pushing unnecessary updates to keep up with this. However, I still highly recommend using their resource pack if you like the humanoid villagers and illagers! You can head to their project page and grab it here if you still wish to use it with my modpack. Credits go to CmdrMCNuggets for their awesome work with the human overhauls!
