V & C’s Island Communities

V & C’s Create Aeronautics Island Community is built on a simple philosophy: Capitalism over Communism.

We designed this experience for community servers where trading, buying, and selling are the only ways to survive. The goal is to force players to actually talk to each other and work together instead of being 100% self-sufficient.

Info About the Modpack:

• The World: Everyone starts together on a central Spawn Island. From there, you’ll head out to find and claim your own island. Once you claim it, that’s your territory.
• The Native Resource Rule: You can only farm what is native to your island. If you’re in a desert, you farm cactus. If you’re in a jungle, you farm cocoa. You aren’t allowed to plant non-native crops or breed non-native mobs on your land.
• Trade And Travel: If you need something your island doesn’t have, you have two choices: find a player who has it and pay them (using Numismatics), or fly out to an unclaimed island and forage for it yourself. But remember—if someone is already selling that item in the shopping district, you aren’t allowed to “undercut” them by foraging it for free.
• Real Airships: Since everyone is separated by ocean, you’re going to need a way to move goods. We use Create Aeronautics so you can build custom, physics-based airships.
• Voice Chat: We’ve got Simple Voice Chat installed so you can actually negotiate trades, shout at people flying over your airspace, or coordinate with your crew in real-time.

Mods core to this pack:

• Create (adds kinetic machines and allows for imaginative new red stone contraptions)
• Create Aeronautics (adds realistic physics to minecraft!)
• Lootr (Now there will be no more fighting between friends as to who gets to loot chests!) 
• And a few mods for performance boosts and QOL changes
