Trapped Far From Home

After isolating yourself with magi to protect yourself when the dragons invaded your home, you awaken from your magical isolation to find yourself very far from home, in a land very different than home.  Its time to return home and reclaim fragmented world from the invaders and others that inhabit the fragments.

 

A semi-hardcore exploration pack, beginning in the betweenlands where survival requires a bit of extra effort, but recipes have been added to ensure almost the entirety of each involved mod can be experienced with resources from the betweenlands.  While recipes have been added to ensure the experience of the magic mods and embers can be garnered all from the Betweenlands and Atum 2, only one or two recipes have been altered completely to keep the experience a authentic a possible.  Instead of an emphasis on difficult or complex crafting, exploration and resource aquisition are key.  Quests are provided as a reward for milestones rather than any significantly guided progression, and a multitude of creatures and monsters can be tamed to work for and protect you, with the endgame focused more of personal exploration of the extra mods that have little to no quest notation for that reason, and subduing the forces of Gaia and the Dragons that have invaded.  Survival aspects drawn from tough as nails with armor underwear to supplement and decay and food management spanning all dimensions compliments of The Betweenlands.

The Modpack is currently in technical beta; however, all quests and mods have been tweaked and completed, whats left is refinement based on a few personal playtests and any feedback garnered.
