The Waking hour

# THE WAKING HOUR
### A Minecraft Survival Horror Experience by Hungry Studios
***
*“The hour has already come for you to wake up from your slumber…” — Romans 13:11*
***

You fell asleep. But instead of waking up, your mind plunged down into a deep, claustrophobic coma.

**The Waking Hour** is a hard-core, heavily optimized survival horror modpack built on NeoForge 1.21.1. In this pack, ambient light does not exist. The horizon is a pitch-black void, resources are dangerously scarce, and the entities tracking you in the dark are highly aggressive.

Your only tool is your quest book—a comforting guide designed to walk you through the shadows and help you anchor your mind to reality. Follow the chapters, secure the relics, and find a way out.

Can you survive the layers of the dreamscape, or will you stay buried forever?

## 🛑 THE LAWS OF THE DELUSION

*   📌 **Absolute Zero Brightness:** Powered by custom shader logic and true darkness modifiers. A handheld lantern isn’t a cosmetic choice—it is your only line of defense against the void.
*   📌 **Tactical Firearm Management:** Full TACZ firearm integration.  Every single bullet must be manually crafted, valued, and saved. Firing blindly in the dark will leave you empty when you need it most.
*   📌 **A Linear Journey:** Progress through 5 distinct, highly atmospheric structural dimensions to collect the 12 unique hidden eyes required to ignite the final threshold.

*Pack your magazines. Keep your light lit. Watch your step.*

WAKE UP.

(Dev’s note, shaders are necessary in this pack and if you have a lower end computer make sure to change your allocated RAM to 6000MB)
