The Knight’s Journey is an ambitious, total-conversion modpack for Minecraft 1.20.1 (Forge). This project is currently in its Experimental Alpha phase, meticulously crafted to deliver a brutal, rewarding, and deeply atmospheric Dark Fantasy RPG experience. With 300 mods working in perfect synergy, every shadow hides a secret, and every dawn is a victory.

⚙️ Pilot’s Manual (Requirements):

– Alpha Access: This is an Experimental Build. Expect frequent balancing updates and new features. Your feedback is essential!

– Memory (RAM): This is a heavy-duty professional pack. I strictly recommend allocating 8GB to 10GB of RAM for a smooth experience.

– Shaders: Native support and optimization for Solas Shaders.

Recommended Keybinds & Tips

To ensure the best immersion in The Knight’s Journey, please take note of these essential shortcuts:

– First-Person Toggle: If you find the body model obstructive during building or while wearing specific armor, press F6 to toggle the First Person Model mod on or off.

– Camera Perspective (Shoulder Surfing): To switch between the immersive over-the-shoulder view and standard perspectives faster, use Mouse Button 5 (configured for Shoulder Surfing Reloaded).

– Combat Essentials: I highly recommend binding your “Roll” and “Alternative Attack” keys (from Better Combat) to comfortable mouse buttons to survive the brutal medieval encounters.

– Skill Tree: press “O” for opening the skill tree.

– Magic Management: If you are pursuing a Mage build with Iron’s Spells ‘n Spellbooks, use the search bar in the Keybinds menu to organize your spell slots and avoid overlaps with your movement keys.

– Map and minimap: press “M” for opening the map and go in the minimap settings for activate the minimap if you want.
