Survival Invasion

This is a new modpack being developed mostly for myself and some friends, but it will eventually have full quest series, and crafting recipe tweaks to find the perfect balance between early game and late game survival while still maintaining a difficult challenge. Mods like Hardcore Darkness to force torches, Hunger Overhaul / Spice of Life to force players to farm, and Zombie Awareness to gather the hordes against you! Bases Beware for the Epic Siege mod makes an appearance too! This pack is recommended for playing cooperatively with a friend or 2 or 5!

But it’s not all bad! Electroblob’s Wizardry, Botania, and more will be available to help you fight to your dying breath against the enemies that await you. Just watch out for the evil wizards that sometimes lurk nearby in their imposing towers. Tech mods are also included for those who love SCIENCE! The Thermal series of mods make an appearance, as well as the ever classic EnderIO and AE2 and so much more!

Your first goal upon starting out should be to find or make a bed. Not for sleeping though; just to set a spawn point so you don’t get stranded away from you decide to settle down! Sleeping is disabled by default (you can change this in the Epic Siege mod config as needed). After that? Tinker’s Construct will be key to making any progress at all. We recommend picking a secondary progression mod to help out as well such as Botania, Blood Magic, or Psi. One of these can help provide a sense of progressing and will also help you be safer when travelling out into the world or protect your base better. And if you’re ever feeling a little care-free, pick up a yoyo and enjoy Walking the Dog all over a zombie’s face!
