SPAHS’ Mega-Pack

This modpack features 6 core mods that change gameplay (Minecolonies, Farmer’s Delight, Create, Ars Nouveau, Epic Knights, Improvable Skills 3), with other mods implemented for exploration, discovery, decoration variety, and quality of life.

Below is a breif description of the main mods:

Minecolonies: Create a thriving colony of AI citizens. Assign a builder to construct houses and workplaces, supply the builder with materials, then research and build workplaces to have citizens farm the resources and craft things for you.

Farmer’s Delight: Have you ever wanted to cook like a 5 star chef? Well now you can! Grab you knife, chop up ingredients on your cutting board, and toss them in the cooking pot to make all the fancy dishes you desire.

Create: Strain your brain and become the world’s best engineer! Contruct great contraptions, from water-powered plant harvesters to steam power trains, the only limit to what you can invent is your imagination.

Ars Nouveau: Become the strongest wizard known to man with Ars Nouveau! With spellbook in hand, study ancient glyphs to learn how to harness magic, and create your own spells with various effects. From basic fireballs, to super advanced angelic (or devilish) chaining combos, your spellcasting might will only be rivaled by the gods themselves!

Epic Knights: Step back into the medieval times with Epic Knights! Craft a wide variety of ancient weapons and armor to grow your arsenal and prove your combat prowess.

Improvable Skills 3: Train yourself to heights never reached before with Improved Skills 3! Use your experience and invest in skills to specialize your character. Become the world’s best warrior by training your combat skills, or go for a more peaceful approach by improving your farming skills, or perhaps you’d like to run faster and dive deeper to explore the world, the choice is yours.

The intended progression of this modpack works as follows:

1. Choose which main mod you want to explore first. 

To start Minecolonies, craft a ‘Supply Camp’.

To start with Ars Nouveau, craft a ‘Spellbook’. You will also start with a worn notebook to help you through Ars Nouveau.

To start with Create, first find andesite and zinc to craft ‘andesite alloy’, which is used to make almost everything from Create.

To start with Improvable Skills 3, craft a ‘book of skills’.

To start with Farmer’s Delight, craft a ‘cooking pot’, ‘cutting board’, and a ‘knife’. Explore around for various ingredients and cook to your heart’s content. To see a list of recipies, search ‘@Delight’ in the search bar in the bottom right of the inventory screen.

To start with Epic Knights, search ‘@Knight’ in the search bar in the bottom right of the inventory screen to see all of the various armor and weapons you can craft.

2. Continue to explore the mods and progress through whichever you find most interesting.
