Skycraft Valley

Skycraft Valley is a modpack that has been in the making for many years. Its a combination of the adventure of skyrim, the calm farming of stardew valley, and the open world of minecraft. Fight dragons, defend your farm, trade your crops, and build your way. Here are some general rules that help immersify yourself: 

📜 The 10 Core World Rules

The guidelines are designed to keep gameplay laid-back, highly immersive, and rewarding without feeling overly restrictive. Feel free to use these rules as general guidelines, not set in stone.:

1. 🌾 Keep Farming Grounded: No “set-it-and-forget-it” automated farms; they must require time or fuel. An exception is made for semi-automated feeding troughs for livestock.

2. 🐴 Keep Your Feet on the Ground: Elytras are completely banned to emphasize roads, trails, horse travel, and map scale.

3. ⛏️ Real Mines Have Standards: Haphazard hill holes are banned; mining operations must be structurally supported, safely lit, and organized.

4. 🧑‍🌾 Fair Trade with Villagers: Intentionally zombifying and curing villagers for min-maxed trade discounts is prohibited (naturally occurring exceptions apply).

5. 🧱 Build with Physics in Mind: No floating castles or massive, featureless boxes; architecture must look structurally plausible.

6. ♻️ Leave No Trace: Abandoned or unused builds must be entirely torn down or creatively repurposed into new lore spots or taverns.

7. 🏰 Respect Ancient Architecture: Major naturally occurring structures cannot be claimed as personal bases, keeping them open for everyone to explore (villages and outposts are exempt).

8. ⚖️ Play the Shifting Market: Tailored to daily shuffling villager trades, players must diversify their homestead output rather than hoarding a single item.

9. 🌲 Sustainable Forestry: Floating tree canopies are banned, and clear-cut areas must be actively replanted with saplings.

10. 🖼️ Intentional & Functional Interiors: Every building must have a dedicated purpose and a fully decorated, functional interior to avoid “ghost towns.”

I do not own or claim to own any of the mods in this pack. This pack was originally just for personal use but I figured others might find it fun as well. Please contribute to the original mod authors, as they are the true stars of the show. Also, this pack is still being modified. Some mods may be taken out, replaced, or updated. Each major iteration will have a dedicated version.
