Let’s be honest, the Overworld is getting a little… predictable. You’ve punched that tree. You’ve mined that diamond. You’re pretty sure that last zombie just sighed out of boredom.

This world, however, is not boring. It’s dangerously over-stuffed.

Why craft a boat when you can build a Create-powered airship? Why fight skeletons when Ice and Fire offers actual dragons (who are not your friends)? Why settle for a hole in a wall when Ars Nouveau lets you become a master wizard?

We’ve crammed in new realms to get lost in (The Twilight Forest, Blue Skies, Alex’s Caves), countless new creatures to be confused and/or eaten by (Alex’s Mobs), and a quest book (FTB Quests) to give you the comforting illusion of purpose.

So go on. Build a factory. Tame a dragon. Get hopelessly lost in a new dimension. Your old, boring world won’t miss you. Probably.
