Provenance – Conquest

Provenance: Conquest began as a quick modpack for my friends but quickly expanded into an immersive, well-rounded experience to be enjoyed by many.

This is designed as an Immersive Medieval Survival experience, all the while not taking away from the fun by making tasks tedious and clunky.

Progression

Your path runs through the field guide and the quest line rather than a tech tree, utilising QuestLog to smooth out the experience, guiding you through the different features this pack has to offer.

Combat

Combat has been rebuilt to provide smoother, more enjoyable battles, giving you more options on the battlefield similar to that of an RPG!

• Parry strikes and projectiles
• Muskets, siege weapons, and period-accurate arms
• Damage indicators, both numerical and directional
• Player revives
• Directional, body part based attacks
• Gain a competitive edge with potions from Ars Elixirum

Survival, Food & Health

• Hunger drains faster, so cook better meals with Farmer’s Delight
• Make use of Overgeared’s smithing system to craft better tools, weapons and armour!
• Keep track of Seasons! Crops grow and animals breed in specific seasons!
• Tents can be used as portable mini-bases!

Server Ready

While it can be played and completed in singleplayer, we highly recommend joining or starting a multiplayer server with this modpack, even as a Co-op with friends!

• Recruits for faction land claiming, diplomacy, wars, and sieges
• Player-run Shops
• Take prisoners using Cuffed
• Discord integration
• Heavy focus on optimisation, tested on a ~12 player server
• Set bounties on eachother using /bounty (Custom made)
• Start Loot Drop scavanger hunts using /lootdrop (Custom made)
• Announce a message to the server using /announce (Custom made)
• Easily make boat race tracks or highways using asphalt blocks (Custom made)
• Make football pitches using turf blocks! (Custom made)
• Ingame changelog (Custom made)

Mobs do not spawn on asphalt or turf!

A Note on Balance

Mending has been removed. This is deliberate. Equipment in this pack is meant to be maintained, repaired, and eventually mourned — not made permanent with a single enchantment. Expect to spend real time at the anvil.
