Description: An ancient entity awakened by seismic shifts. Dwells deep below, crawling in utter darkness. Victims report hearing rhythmic tapping and breathless growls before disappearance. Light delays it. Nothing stops it.
Containment Status: Uncontained. Avoid caves beyond Y=0.

From the Fog

Code Name: FF-07 “Pale Observer”
Description: A silhouette in the mist. It watches from afar—always silent, always closer the next time you turn. Only visible briefly. Its behavior is unclear, possibly testing perception thresholds.
Containment Status: Linked to weather anomalies. Do not enter fog zones.

Siren Head

Code Name: SH-09 “Acoustic Titan”
Description: A towering abomination emitting distorted radio chatter and alarm sounds. Drawn to noise. Engages with extreme aggression and dismembers targets. Possibly biomechanical.
Containment Status: Lethal. Avoid forests at night.

The Anomaly

Code Name: A-NULL “Unidentified Spatial Breach”
Description: Not a creature—a reality inconsistency. Players report impossible geometry, duplicated entities, and corrupted space-time. It may be sentient.
Containment Status: Uncontainable. Avoid glitched zones.

The End of Herobrine

Code Name: HB-Retcon “Entity Remnant”
Description: Not the Herobrine of legend—what’s left after he was erased. A ghost of a glitch. Appears in shattered worlds, corrupts code, whispers your name through chat.
Containment Status: Erased from files. Still present.

The Goatman

Code Name: GM-06 “Hybrid Predation Subject”
Description: Half-man, half-beast—roams forests and abandoned structures. Mimics voices of known players. Suspected cannibal. Extremely aggressive during storms.
Containment Status: Sighted near cabins. Avoid wooded zones.

The Knocker

Code Name: K-04 “Threshold Entity”
Description: Once a miner. Now, it knocks. Three times. Then silence. Then it’s inside. It stalks homes, shelters, even spawn points. Persistent and personal.
Containment Status: Barricade all entrances. Keep watch at night.

The Midnight Lurker

Code Name: ML-11 “Dark Specter”
Description: Visible only at midnight. Observes without sound. Movement appears only in third-person or security footage. May be an infohazard.
Containment Status: Avoid mirrors and cameras after 00:00.

The One Who Watches

Code Name: TOW-13 “Sentient Observer”
Description: An intelligence, not a monster. Appears as a shadowed figure in peripheral vision. Alters the player’s perception, weather, sounds, even memory.
Containment Status: None. If you notice him, it’s already begun.

The Steve Dweller

Code Name: SD-02 “Echo Clone”
Description: Appears as a Steve player. Stares blankly. Sometimes mimics your skin. If you get too close, it vanishes—or worse, replaces you.
Containment Status: Terminate on sight. Assume it’s watching.

Whispers of the Wendigo

Code Name: WW-08 “Forest Whisperer”
Description: Hunts in snowy or taiga biomes. Victims hear faint whispers of loved ones before vanishing. Leaves no remains. Cold follows it.
Containment Status: Do not respond to whispers. Do not travel alone.
