This is Tideworn, a flooded abandoned city wrought by the waves and reclaimed by nature. It currently sits at just over 8 sq. km and has 5 unique regions, called Quintants, as well as some optional lore baked in. This is a hard survival map, forcing you to use your knowledge to survive in an urban deadzone. It is set in the same universe as Mosslorn. 

This is a lightweight modpack made to boost the experience of the map Tideworn, focusing on optimization and vanilla+ mods. You are allowed to break, scavenge, and loot any building or structure, and there is a hidden storyline about what happened to the city, and lore hidden throughout the crumbling buildings! You can play this as a survival experience, or an quest to find all of the hidden secrets. This map takes place chronologically ~100 years after the events of Mosslorn.

Q: Can I use this map for a video/server/modpack?

A: Yes of course! As long as you credit me, are not redistributing the world, and not making money off of using it, you can use it however you’d like. If you are republishing the map (like in a modpack or mod) or using assets from it, please contact me to discuss the details before publishing.

Q: Why is the map crashing when I try to play it?
A: My maps are usually very detailed and large, so they may require you to allocate more RAM to Minecraft, or require the use of optimization mods like Sodium/Lithium to run on slower systems.

Q: Can I play this map on Bedrock?
A: Yes! There is a Bedrock edition port available in the world files folder which can be found on the Tideworn world project site. Some features may be broken because the conversion between versions is not perfect, the map should overall be the same, but I apologize for any minor details that may be glitched!

Q: Can I play this map with additional mods?
A: Yes! This is intended to be a vanilla survival experience, and the mods that have been added are minor. There should be no issues modding it further, if intended. However, please do not ask me for help regarding modding or editing the map, as it is outside my area of expertise (I just make maps lmao).

Q: Why can’t I join your discord? It says the discord link is expired?
A: The server link is not expired! We get several people joining every day, however the server is very large so we have anti-alt and anti-bot protection.
