About This Pack

This modpack was made mainly for me and my friends to use but I realised there are a lot of people looking for modpacks for minecraft 1.16. As a result I am releasing it here.

The pack has optional progression using FTB quests. All mods are unlocked by default so you can use whatever mods you want. However if you want some kind of progression you can look at the quest book and follow the guides. To open the quest book, open your inventory and click the book icon in the top left corner of your screen (you can also bind this to a key in the controls menu).

The quest progression is both per mod and per mod section. For example, all of the major tech mods have their own ‘tech trees’ made up of quests. But there is also a tech mods section that requires you to complete certain tech mods in an order that kind of feels like a technological progression through the ages (goes from create into immersive engineering, into industrial foregoing and then mekanism etc). There is a magic mods section too but there is no order to this and it merely requires you to complete all of the magic mods.

Not all quests are required to progress, many are optional. All quests will give rewards however. Most quests simply reward the player with experience but some special challenge quests will also reward items.

PLEASE NOTE: The pack is not heavily tested, I have done basic debugging myself and removed some mods that were causing issues (for example astral sorcery had a nasty memory leak in this version) but I cannot guarantee there wont be weird issues later on due to mod conflicts etc. If you choose to install and/or play this mod pack on your own computer or on a server, you do so at your own risk.

If you find any bugs or issues with the pack, please leave them in a comment on this page. If there are any major issues I may try to release an updated version of the pack, but I am hopeful that won’t be necessary.
