NeoCraft is a multiplayer-focused modpack for Minecraft 1.21.1, built around the idea of creating a long-lasting SMP where every player can follow their own path.

Rather than forcing everyone through a single progression line, NeoCraft combines technology, automation, construction, magic, exploration, combat and social features into one connected world. You can build an industrial empire, become a powerful mage, explore dangerous dimensions, design an entire city or simply enjoy the server alongside friends.

Technology and Automation

NeoCraft offers several interconnected technology systems with different levels of complexity:

• Build moving factories and automated production lines with Create and its addons.
• Develop advanced machinery using Oritech, Immersive Engineering and Just Dire Things.
• Create powerful storage networks with Applied Energistics 2.
• Automate inventories, machines, fluids and crafting through Integrated Dynamics.
• Transport resources using pipes, modular routers and other logistics systems.
• Produce, store and distribute energy with multiple compatible technologies.

The pack allows players to choose between simple automation and more advanced technical projects without making a single mod mandatory.

Building and Decoration

Construction is one of NeoCraft’s main focuses. The pack includes a large collection of architectural and decorative content from mods such as:

NeoCraft also expands peaceful progression with:

Not every objective needs to involve combat or automation. Players can run farms, restaurants, breweries, transportation services or simply build a comfortable place to live.

NeoCraft is designed primarily for an SMP played with friends. The pack includes:

• Speech bubbles for nearby conversations.
• Custom player models and animations.
• Multiplayer emotes.
• Custom display names.
• An in-game smartphone.
• Teams and shared multiplayer utilities.
• Personal loot inside generated structures.
• Corpse protection for dropped inventories.

These features make the server feel more alive and give players additional ways to interact beyond the standard Minecraft chat.

Performance and Accessibility

Despite its large amount of content, NeoCraft is configured with performance in mind. It includes optimization mods for rendering, memory usage, entity processing, networking and world loading.

The goal is to provide a complete modded experience that remains accessible to players with more modest computers. Default graphical and gameplay settings are adjusted to offer a smoother starting experience while still allowing players with stronger hardware to increase their settings.

NeoCraft is not designed to be completed in a few days. It is a world where players can continuously expand their bases, discover new systems, create businesses, build communities and start increasingly ambitious projects.
