🌿 MintyMC – A refreshing take on mod pack design.

MintyMC is a progression-focused modpack centered around MineColonies, magic, and anime-inspired power fantasy, with a subtle cursed / horror atmosphere to pair with Jujutsu Kaisen themes.

Unlike traditional modpacks, MineColonies is the start of progression, not a side-quest. Most advanced items and systems are locked behind colonist crafters, requiring you to build, expand, and manage a functioning city to unlock magic, automation, and power. The mod pack is designed to obfuscate mods to prevent the feeling of being overwhelmed while still providing the more engaging content of a larger mod pack. 

This means that it will feel like a vanilla+ pack in the beginning, but you will have the ability to progress into mods that will change the way the game plays more drastically.

The pack features:

🏛️ MineColonies-first progression

✨ Magic mods like Ars Nouveau, Hex Casting, Blood Magic, and Hexerei

⚔️ Anime-inspired combat and abilities (Jujutsu Kaisen) Start weak but get strong!

⚙️ Custom recipes and hard-gated advancement

🏙️ City building, automation, and long-term world progression

Note:

Playing with friends is Strongly encouraged, this mod pack uses a modified hardcore mode. You can revive your dead friends with crystals. 🙂

Feel free to leave feed back in the comments, it’s still a work in progress so there are some uncompleted questlines and etc. but there is enough content right now to have a blast.

Future Plans:
I’d like to add a tech tree that goes from create -> (more advanced mods) -> ad astra and then let people get into Invincible Craft to continue progression of the character. I’d also like to make more tutorial questlines. Currently working on witch esc questline that doesn’t require minecolonies so the friends that don’t want to work on the colony still have something interesting to work on. Ideally it will progress like so: Hexerei -> Occultism -> Blood Magic -> and finally Vampirism
