This is a mod-pack used by the YouTube channel Quantum Studios, these mods are used for creating Minecraft Doctor Who content under Quantum Studios’ name. This mod-pack is updated regularly for the series, these are ALL the mods needed to connect to the servers. As for now, it is all conducted in 1.12.2 but may change further along the show, unlikely though.
